APAR UDYOG has been the epitome of excellence in multitude range of industrial and domestic valves for all your fluid control needs. Established in 1981 under the able guidance of Mr. S. K. Sharma, the managing partner; APAR UDYOG has made its mark in manufacturing of Gun Metal, Brass, Stainless Steel & Cast Iron Valves under brand names viz, 'APAR', 'AURUM' & 'AUX'. With no disrespect meant for our strong competition; APAR UDYOG has established itself as the best in such a less time all thanks to the high standards of quality and value added services offered by our expert team.
Spread in a total area of 22,500 sq. ft., our production unit includes a state-of-the-art Testing lab, Tool room, Foundry shop, Machine shop, Store for semi-finished goods & Finished goods, Final testing area and Packing room etc. The production process starts with Computer Aided designs, selecting quality Raw material and then a thorough Chemical Analysis. After this, mould preparation is done and valves are casted. Shot Blasting and threading of components is done with full care, prior to assembling valves and pressure testing. Painting and Packing is done only after final inspection.
